Heavy Haul Transportation Cradle
TECH Industrial Services designed and built a heavy haul transportation cradle to handle a 65 Ton Rotor Shaft for Toshiba International Corp. The project required precision fabrication and specialized rigging in a remote mountainous location.

Hawi Wind Farm – Transformer Changeout
TECH Industrial Services modified and installed multiple 2500 KVA Transformers onsite at the Hawi Wind Farm on the Island of Hawaii. Old transformers were swapped out for newly retrofitted units, requiring on-site machining and crane operations.

Hydro Power – Wicket Gates & Draft Tube
Repair and restoration of wicket gates and draft tube components for a hydro power facility. TECH Industrial Services applied TECH-Plate protective coatings to extend component service life in high-cavitation environments.

Rotor Shaft – Lowboy Transport
Completed loading of the 65 Ton Rotor Shaft onto a lowboy trailer following cradle fabrication and rigging. TECH Industrial Services coordinated all aspects of the heavy haul operation from fabrication to final transport.
